I sneaked a little break this morning to meet up with a friend in town before the madness of the day got into full swing - Tasty coffee and cake was had by 11 am and as we were heading back out into a cold, rainy day... my sprits where lifted when we saw the biggest christmas tree with sparkly lights outside - don't ask me how we missed it on the way in!? My friend turned to me and said, don't you just love christmas ... it looks so pretty!
Which got me thinking... reasons why I love this time of year
- You have a great excuse for wrapping up warm with chunky over sized knit's, over eating will not show for months!
- You get to give and receive some fabulous goodies - 14 more online shopping days left for delivery before christmas
- You get to indulge yourself with a chocolate everyday from your advent calendar - remember you are never to old..
- And finally Candles, candles and more candles ... you get to use lots of them. At the moment I am loving the 'Home' candle I have which has scents of gingerbread, marzipan, nutmeg, mulled wine and cinnamon (find it in Treat's for the Home £12.00) you can buy them online now, but be quick they are selling fast..
